BREAKING NEWS
Sky sources understand there has been an initial approach to Derby by Stoke to talk to manager Gary Rowett.
However, it is understood Derby owner Mel Morris would be reluctant to allow him to leave.
It’s thought Rowett is keen on the possibility of moving to Stoke, because of fears he will have to slash his squad’s wage bill as Derby ensure they are within Financial Fair Play rules for the coming season.
As we reported yesterday, Mick McCarthy and Nigel Pearson also on the shortlist

LAMPARD TO IPSWICH?
Sky Sports News understands former Chelsea and England midfielder Frank Lampard is on a list of candidates to succeed Mick McCarthy as Ipswich manager.
The Suffolk club are hoping to make an appointment by the end of May at the earliest and have received over 100 applications for the job.
Lampard, who will be 40 next month, was linked strongly with a managerial role at Oxford earlier this year and has been interviewed twice by Ipswich about the job.
Shrewsbury manager Paul Hurst is also on the shortlist of candidates but still has a League One Play-Off final to contest at Wembley. And we’ve already reported that St Mirren manager Jack Ross is a strong contender for the role at Portman Road.

Favre, who left the Ligue 1 side at the end of the season, has signed a two-year contract at Dortmund.
He succeeds Peter Stoger at Signal Iduna Park after the former Cologne manager’s five-month spell in charge also came to an end after the campaign.
